Check in time is between 11:30hr & 18:00hr (unless arranged otherwise with the Hotel)

Check out time is by 10:00am, (unless arranged otherwise with the Hotel)

We operate a guaranteed reservation service, requiring a debit card to secure a room booking. The card may be debited a deposit (equivalent to one nights stay) to secure the booking. (Exception being reservations made through any Booking Engines, the full amount is debited no less than 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable)

For our part, for any booking secured with a debit card we will guarantee accommodation. In the event that we cannot provide accommodation we will arrange for accommodation in Llandudno in at least the same standard of hotel, pay any shortfall and provide any transportation to it if required.

We do not accept payment by Credit Card.

Individual Bookings (3 or less Guests)

We require 14 days’ notice prior to the date of arrival to cancel a booking. If this is not adhered to, the full cost of the stay will remain payable.

Group Bookings (4 or more Guests)

For group bookings a non-refundable deposit equaling the cost of the first night’s stay is required. This deposit will be deducted from the total account which is payable upon arrival. Card details must be supplied but, payment can be made by Debit Card, or by Bank Transfer.

If the booking is cancelled within 14 days of the intended visit 100% of the cost (less the deposit) for the total stay will be charged to the card.

Hotel Policies (Without Prejudice)

We DO NOT accommodate Hen/Stag Parties or similar i.e. Golfing Groups.

We do not have the facilities for Guests for the cooking of any form of food in any of the bedrooms or public areas, and request that hot/takeaway food  (pizza, fish & chips kebabs etc) are not consumed in the rooms. 

In the Public Areas & Breakfast Room no head/face coverings including hats, motorcycle helmets, caps, scarves etc should be worn, this is for security reasons and enables staff to ensure that the only people in the property are resident Guests. We are only open to our residents, and non residents (including family members/friends of Guests) are not permitted into the property.

The entire property is non smoking including the front steps and the fire escapes.

Rooms are for 2 Adults only, (3 Adults in the Flexi Room), sharing, or an Adult on a single occupancy basis, accommodation cannot be provided for children, we are an Adult only Hotel.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking up to and including the day of arrival if there if a breach of any Hotel Policies with forfeiture of any monies paid or due.

All accommodation is on a Bed & Breakfast basis only, please advise of any special dietary requirements prior to arrival.

We request that Guests do not ‘flush’ any products (e.g. make up wipes or sanitary products etc.) down the toilets. Toilet wipes also, even if they say flushable: unfortunately the wipes do not disintegrate and our drains cannot cope with them and block. Sanitary bags are provided for disposal.

Important – We strongly recommend that Guests have cancellation insurance protection, which will cover most eventualities, this should be taken out upon making a reservation.

Guests who are using the limited parking permits will be required to leave a key for the car at reception.
